Step 1: Consultation & Design

Choose the Home Style That Fits Your Life

Start by contacting Cozy Homes Modular to discuss your needs — from a family home to a garden studio. Choose from layouts and styles tailored to your budget, lifestyle, and plot.

Step 2: Production

Next, we manage construction

Once your design is agreed, modules are built in a controlled factory environment — ensuring quality, less waste, and faster build times than traditional construction. Each unit is fitted with structural, plumbing, and electrical systems, and undergoes strict checks before leaving the factory. Your home is ready in just 3 weeks

Step 3: Delivery & Installation

Move into your new modular home

The completed modules are delivered to your site and set on prepared foundations. Using cranes, the home is assembled quickly and securely, then connected to mains services (electricity, water, heating). Final touches — interior finishes, fittings, and inspections — are completed on-site.
